14、拆下密封体、轴套;

    15、用橡胶榔头轻轻敲击叶轮轮毂将叶轮从轴上退出:

    16、拆下另一端轴套、密封体,拆下联轴器,拆下轴承体:

    17、松开弹性挡圈,退出深沟轴承。

    装配顺序按拆卸顺序相反进行,但必须注意:

    1、安装转子时必须将轴放稳,所有的配合螺纹和间隙配合处都必须清洗并涂上装配粘合剂:

    2、装带有间隙配合的叶轮时,应注意叶轮的转向:

    3、深沟轴承须加热后装上轴(轴套)

    4、为补尝泵轴与轴上零件之间由于热膨胀产生的误差,在用圆螺母和弹性垫圈压紧转子时须将弹性垫圈压至极限点,然后旋转180°松开圆螺母。

四、安装

    1、检查水泵和电机应无损坏;

    2、混凝土基础应牢固,表面光滑平整:

    3、把地脚螺栓插入底座上的螺孔,把泵放在基础上,用水平仪在轴端或出口端调整水平,在泵脚和基础靠近地脚螺栓处必须垫垫块:

    4、泵调整好水平后,给地脚螺栓灌浆,坚固后均匀地拧紧地脚螺栓,并重新调整水平,然后给底脚灌浆:

    5、校正电机与水泵轴的同心度,使两轴成一直线,两联轴器外圆上的不同心度允差为

    10. Undo and twist off the grooved nut.

    11. Remove the deep groove ball bearing with bush from the shaft.

    12. Remove bearing cover.

    13. Remove block water ring from shaft -protecting sleeve;

    14. Remove shaft seal housing;

    Pull off shaft protecting sleeve;

    15. The impeller located with sliding fit on the shaff and can normally be removed easily. In ease of difficulty,  it can be loosened by gently tapping with a plastic hammer;

    16. Remove second shaft protection sleeve complete with the shaft seal housing,  if fitted. Remove coupling half and pull off deep groove ball bearing;

    17. Pull off bearing housing. Remove eirelip and pull off deep groove ball bearing.

    Reassembly is effeeted in reverse order to; disassemlly, but must give your attention to:

    1. For assembling the rotor,  position the pump shaft securely. All fits, threads and sliding fits of the shaft must be cleaned and coated with assembly paste;

    2. Mount the impeller, which has a sliding fit. When fitting the impeller,  observe the direction of rotation;

    3. Heat the deep groove ball bearing and fit it onto the shaft (sleeve) ;

    4. For compensate differences in thermal expansion between pump shaft and the components fitted on it. Tension the rotor parts elastically with groove nut and disc spring. For this purpose tension the disc spring to blocking point and then undo the grooved nut again by half a turn 180°.

Ⅳ. Installation

    1. Check whether the pump and the motor are in good condition;

    2. The concrete foundation must have been set hard and the surface must be smooth and flat;

    3. Loosely insert the foundation bolts in the baseplate. Position the pump set on the pump set on the foundation and align using a spirit level placed on the shaft or discharge nozzle. Shims must always be fitted to the left and right of the foundation bolts in close proximity to the bolts,  between the baseplate or foundation frame and the foundation itself.

    4. After alignment, grout in the foundation bolts using cement |nortar. When the mortar has been set hard, uniformly tighten up the bolts and
