0.1毫米，端面间隙沿圆周上的不同心度允差为0.1毫米，端面间隙沿圆周的不均匀允差0.3毫米(连接进出水管路后再分别校核一遍，仍符合上述要求)；

    7、不要把泵本身作为管路支撑点，管路应在泵的附近设可靠支撑。

    以上为不带底座的水泵机组的安装方法。

    对于配带公共底座的泵，基础与底座之间保留4～5毫米的间隙，用调整螺钉精确地调整机组并在联轴器处对中。其安装原则与不带公共底座的机组相同。

    1、起动：

    1)、起动前的检查：

    a)．泵或底座是否与基础紧固；

    b)．联轴器与泵机组是否校正；

    c)．管路是否按要求连接；

    d)．手是否能容易地转动转子；

    e)．是否所有轴承都有良好的润滑。

    2)、起动前关闭出口阀，用介质灌注排尽泵和管路内的空气。吸入状况时，用泵体上部的螺塞排气。在倒灌时泵也须排空；

2运行：

   1)、当压力表压力升高，慢慢打开出口阀；

   2)、打开所有辅助管路，并检查流量；

   3)、泵是填料密封运行时，填料还处允许有多少量，滴水，轻轻压紧填料压盖至少量滴水。
