A standard room or two can typically be completed in one to two days. Larger whole-home projects or those requiring subfloor preparation may take several days. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate can look similar, but they perform very differently in humid environments. LVP has a 100% waterproof vinyl core, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and any area prone to moisture. Laminate has a high-density fiberboard (HDF) core that is moisture-sensitive and not recommended for wet areas.
