Final pricing may be subject to adjustment if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the installation process, including but not limited to subfloor damage, structural irregularities, or additional labor requirements not apparent during the initial assessment. Any material changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to the customer prior to proceeding.
Lonestar Flooring and Cabinets makes every effort to represent its products accurately through showroom displays, website imagery, and product samples. However, natural materials such as wood, stone, and tile inherently vary in color, grain, texture, and pattern. The actual product installed may differ slightly from samples or website images. These natural variations are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to complete installations on the agreed-upon schedule. However, installation timelines may be subject to change due to material availability, weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as promptly as possible.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Deposits may be required prior to ordering materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing arrangements through Hearth Financing are subject to the terms and conditions of that separate financing agreement.
Changes to the scope of a project after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees or additional charges. Cancellations after materials have been ordered will be subject to the return and restocking policies of the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
Lonestar Flooring and Cabinets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the scope of our workmanship warranty. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
